WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Retreat meals are buffet style and can be vegetarian, pescatarian or conventional. All meals made from scratch using local, fresh ingredients. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan dinner options available. However, we prepare meals for groups using fresh versus processed ingredients and may not be able to meet very specific diets. Farewell dinner includes five-course tasting menu with table service and wine. Please find some examples on instagram at #minuvidadinner.

- SOUP COURSE Pumpkin soup (pumpkin, potatoes, taro, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste)
- SALAD COURSE Lettuce greens, shaved carrots and beets, fresh cheese, seeds and fresh made dressing
- MAIN COURSE Grilled whole fish with local seasonings, taro root, red pepper sauce, sauteed green veggies.
VEGGIE OPTION Local baked beans with local seasonings with rice and sauteed green veggies. - DESSERT Guava creme brulee with crisped pumpkin skins.
