PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING Payments are refundable less a 250€ application and transaction fee 120 days before retreat start. Please make your suite choice below accordingly. You will be led to a payment page. If you need to pay in two installments please contact us (discounts or promotions do not apply).

​CANCELATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY Your retreat payment is refundable until 120 days before retreat start, minus a 250€ application and processing fee. Non-refundable payments after the 120-day period can be credited in full toward a future stay or retreat within 12 months. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. ​*Prices quoted in Euros. ​FLIGHTS + TRAVEL LOGISTICS

You will fly to Ponta Delgada (airport code "PDL") in São Miguel, Azores. We recommend that you consult the Visit Azores website for information.

• Please note that direct flights from the US depart in the evening and arrive the next day.
• Please make sure you have a valid passport for at least 3 months of your travel dates. For more information on entry requirements please have a look here.
• If your travel plans allow, that you arrive early or stay a few days after the retreat. While the retreat includes some hikes and time in nature, there's no way to see everything this incredible island has to offer. Should you need recommendations on where to stay (as arriving early or staying later at Quinta Minuvida is not possible), please get in touch. 
• Please note that MINUVIDA AZORES provides two group transfers from Ponta Delgada airport at set times on retreat arrival day.
