​REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING BOOKING POLICY Your retreat payment is refundable until August 16, minus a 500€ application and processing fee. Non-refundable payments after August 16 period may be credited in part, toward future stays or retreats within 12 months. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. ​You will be led to a payment page. If you need to pay in two installments please contact us (discounts or promotions do not apply).

​FLIGHTS + TRAVEL LOGISTICS

You will fly to Ponta Delgada (airport code "PDL") in São Miguel, Azores. We recommend that you consult the Visit Azores website for information.

• Please note that most direct flights from the US depart in the evening and arrive the next day.
• Please make sure you have a valid passport for at least 3 months of your travel dates. For more information on entry requirements please have a look here.
• If your travel plans allow, that you arrive early or stay a few days after the retreat. While the retreat includes some hikes and time in nature, there's no way to see everything this incredible island has to offer. Should you need recommendations on where to stay (as arriving early or staying later at Quinta Minuvida is not possible), please get in touch. 
• Please note that MINUVIDA AZORES provides one group transfers from the airport or Ponta Delgada airport and will be arranged based on the groups' arrival times. Arrivals to Quinta Minuvida outside of the group transfer can be arranged and paid for directly (around 30-35 euros).
