Thank you for your application, you would make a fantastic addition to our intimate group during the Return to the Wild Within retreat. 

On this page, you will be able to register for your retreat, pick your room preference and make your payment,

​REGISTRATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY To secure your retreat spot, a 500€ non-refundable deposit is due at registration. 50% of the remaining payment will be due by October 16th with the final payment due by January 16, 2026. Discounts and coupon codes will be applied to the 50% payment. 

SINGLE ROOM, SHARED BATH ​2,200€ 

Queen sized bed (160 cm/63 in X 190 cm/75 in) in your own room, or Single bed (90 cm/35 in x 190 cm/75 in) with memory foam mattress topper, with a shared bathroom. Bathroom shared with one other person. Bed choice on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SINGLE SUITE, ENSUITE BATH ​2,750€

Double bed (135 cm/53 in X 190 cm/75 in) with memory foam mattress topper in a spacious suite and en suite bath all to yourself. 
​Single occupancy suites suites can also accommodate a couple. Please inquire.

CANCELATION POLICY

CANCELLATION Your retreat payment is refundable 6-months prior to retreat start, less the the non-refundable 500€ deposit. Non-refundable payments may be credited in part, toward future stays or retreats within 12 months. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. ​*Prices quoted in Euros. ​FLIGHTS + TRAVEL LOGISTICS

You will fly to Ponta Delgada (airport code "PDL") in São Miguel, Azores. We recommend that you consult the Visit Azores website for information.

• Please note that most direct flights from the US depart in the evening and arrive the next day.
• Please make sure you have a valid passport for at least 3 months of your travel dates. For more information on entry requirements please have a look here.
• If your travel plans allow, that you arrive early or stay a few days after the retreat. While the retreat includes some hikes and time in nature, there's no way to see everything this incredible island has to offer. Should you need recommendations on where to stay (as arriving early or staying later at Quinta Minuvida is not possible), please get in touch. 
• Please note that MINUVIDA AZORES provides two group transfers from Ponta Delgada airport at set times on retreat arrival day.
