MAKING IT HAPPEN
Once you are accepted into the program we will require a deposit (see brochure for details). We will gather then all necessary information, assist with travel plans and other necessary arrangements.

​

RIMI elevates consciousness. She blends her consulting and MIT Sloan creds with her decades of training in yoga, meditation and energy  healing. Rimi leads you on a journey of discovery, guiding you to balance your pressure to perform with mindful self-inquiry. 

JOÃO is passionate about the Azores. He is a trained hiking guide, so you're safe. He is also an accomplished cook. João left a 20-plus year journalism career to start MINUVIDA with Rimi. He will get you lost in the woods, question your food beliefs and inspire you to live sustainability.

The MYMINVIDA program was such a powerful experience and such a wonderful chance to rest and reset. I had been so hesitant to get in touch with myself because I was worried about what I would find within but it ended up being a really lovely time to discover who I really was. The workshops are so rewarding and the lessons you learn are incredibly valuable as you go back into your day-to-day life. It was one of the most potent times of spiritual growth that I've ever had and I think that I came out of it a better, more balanced person than I was before. The best part is having such knowledgeable people available to help you and support you on a journey that requires so much vulnerability. I couldn't recommend it more!

We come from nature, but have we lost our connection? Rekindle your connection to the land through the TRUENATURE program with our educational hikes. You will learn about our unique ecosystem and ancient stories of the land and humanity. We will also jump in and feel the aliveness of our TRUENATURE.

When you eat, do you feed your soul? The REALFOOD program will put to rest the endless debate on what we should be eating and shift to knowing what is truly good and nourishing for us. We will explore where our food comes from, learn how to pick, clean and cook healthy and delicious meals and how REALFOOD is not only good for our body, but also for our mind and spirit.
