I you haven't booked your flights yet, please do so as soon as possible. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PASSPORT IS VALID FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL (must be valid more than three months after trip dates). When purchasing airline tickets, we recommend you opt to include the optional insurance coverage for your tickets offered by most airlines. We also strongly recommend trip insurance that could potentially cover your registration fees in the event that you are not able to attend due to extenuating circumstances. Trip protection to cover unexpected events such as loss of a loved one or illnesses, emergency medical insurance, emergency evacuation and other protections can give you peace of mind and support your positive travel experience.
BOOKING POLICY Your retreat payment is refundable until 90 days before retreat start, minus a 250€ application and processing fee. Non-refundable payments after the 90-day period can be credited in full toward a future stay or retreat within 12 months. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
